Welcome to the Visitor Studies Toolbox. In this section we have tried to pull together a variety of practical tools to assist you with carrying out visitor studies. You can either browse all tools or use the links below if you are looking for something specific.

Tools include everything from charts giving an overview of different stages, to a check list for planning an evaluation step-by-step, to guidelines for carrying our surveys or focus groups.Where appropriate some tips are included on how to make best use of the relevant tools.
